Responsibilities:

 

As a full time customer service representative your job will be to resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. You are expected to be familiar with our product and software development in general so you can provide accurate technical support to our users.


 

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with web and mobile application development
  • Bachelor’s degree is not required, but it is strongly encouraged.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
